Lynx Re-Sign Top Local Forward Thomas Farrell
The West Nipissing Lynx are thrilled to announce that after a very busy Canada Day long weekend, they have re-signed last years Top Scorer Thomas Farrell!
Thomas is coming off a great first season in the GMHL as he led the Lynx in scoring notching 31 goals and 25 assists for a total of 56 points in 32 games.
Farrell continuously improved throughout the course of the season last year and as the year went on he led his team to impressive victories!
With his continuous hard work and leadership off the ice, Thomas is also becoming a true hometown hero to many Lynx fans. His community involvement off the ice and his ongoing efforts to spend time with young fans after games does not go unnoticed and is a true testament to his overall leadership and value as one of the faces of this Lynx franchise!
We are excited to have a player like Thomas return for a second season in our uniforms as we know his constant improvements from last year will continue into this upcoming season and help the Lynx climb atop the North standings!
